Whatcha Cooking Wednesday : Breakfast Quinoa Bowl

Design

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c cooked quinoa
  • Small container (or appx 3/4 c) Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1 t chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Pre-cook your quinoa. I made a weeks worth, this made throwing it together in the morning a snap, and it kept just fine in the fridge for the 7-8 days that it lasted.
  2. Add quinoa to bowl, then add in each ingredient as well. Later in the week my bananas had suddenly been gobbled up by my tiny humans, so I switch to dried cranberries and that was delicious too! So feel free to experiment!
