- 1/2 c cooked quinoa
- Small container (or appx 3/4 c) Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1 t chia seeds
- Pre-cook your quinoa. I made a weeks worth, this made throwing it together in the morning a snap, and it kept just fine in the fridge for the 7-8 days that it lasted.
- Add quinoa to bowl, then add in each ingredient as well. Later in the week my bananas had suddenly been gobbled up by my tiny humans, so I switch to dried cranberries and that was delicious too! So feel free to experiment!
