Well hello! I took a few weeks off the blog, but don’t you worry, my workouts are still on track! This morning was a great swim with the Masters swim group, starting the week off right!
I also started yoga last week, and am excited to stick with it a few times a week!
Over the weekend, I had my first half marathon of the year, I’ll get my recap up later this week.
My stepson also turned 7, so we had birthday shenanigans all weekend, including 2 hours of laser tag which was a blast.
And my daughters started softball, which resulted in my youngest breaking her nose, spending some time in the ER and a trip to the ENT later this week for repair… never a dull moment around here.
This was a Buddhist prayer that the yoga instructor said at my first session last week, and I really love it.
