Well, this wasn’t the week that I wanted… I ate crappy and missed many parts of this challenge… Something that I need to focus harder on this week.

- 2 Servings of Whole Grains – ❌ – see above… needs to be worked on this week
- Properly Fuel During Workouts – ✅

- Avoid alcohol – ❌
- Avoid fried food – ❌
- Perform Active Recovery on Rest Days – no rest days
- Complete Triathlon Focused Workouts – ✅
- Completing Scheduled Workouts for the Day – ☢ – missed my workout Saturday after a long day of basketball
- PR during workout – ❌
- Cross Train or Strength Workout – ✅
- Core Workout – ❌ – need to get this going again this week
- Recover Properly – ✅

Run The Day – Hit 99.54 miles this morning, had I paying attention, I would have ran that extra .5….

TriMafia 2600 Club – Right on track! Swim miles: 14mi & 1210yds of 100; Bike miles: 267mi of 2000mi; Run: 99.54mi of 500mi.
Team Kreitz Challenge – Last Man Standing – Well after a long day of basketball, I didn’t run on Saturday. So I bowed out of the Last Man Standing challenge, bummer!!!! No $$$ for me.
AGAIN, my kids were awesome this weekend.
Also, my kiddos made all the Super Bowl Sunday snacks today! Look at how good they turned out!!!
Brandi – cheer up! U are working hard and getting stronger. No shame in spending ALL day w/girls. I’m not sure why there’s x on going out of your way to help others. I think since you do it every day you don’t see it. Helping others doesn’t have to be something big.
