2018 Accountability – Week Three

BIT Challenge – Still going strong, still in the Top 10 of the 98 people still in.

  1. Eat a Healthy Breakfast – ✅
  2. 4 Servings of Veggies – ☢️ Still not too hot – meal prepped today for better results next week
  3. 2 Servings of Whole Grains – ✅
  4. Properly Fuel During Workouts – ✅
  5. 8 glasses of water – ✅
  6. Avoid processed sugars (doesn’t include training sugars) – ✅
  7. Avoid alcohol – ✅ (I did have two glasses of wine on night this week after an especially stressful situation at work – worth it)
  8. Avoid fried food – ✅
  9. Perform Active Recovery on Rest Days – haven’t had any rest days
  10. Complete Triathlon Focused Workouts – ✅
  11. Completing Scheduled Workouts for the Day – ✅ (still at 100%)
  12. PR during workout –  ❌
  13. Cross Train or Strength Workout – ✅
  14. Core Workout – ☢️
  15. Recover Properly – ✅
  16. Miss Workout – ✅ (No Misses Yet!)
  17. 7 hours of sleep – ☢️ (Most days)
  18. Multivitamin or Supplements – ✅
  19. Read a wellness article, blog, book – ✅
  20. Invest in Yourself (Try something new) – ❌
  21. 15 Minutes of Focused Relaxation – ✅ (much better)
  22. Speak with Someone that Keeps You Accountable – ✅
  23. Go Out of Your Way to Help Someone – ☢️
  24. Active Time With Family – ✅

Run The Day – This is going great and I am enjoying the two other people in my group! At 57.1 miles.

1000 Miles in 2018 – At 57.1 toward my 1000 mile goal!

TriMafia 2600 Club – So far, so good! Swim miles: 10mi & 25yds of 100; Bike miles: 159mi of 2000mi; Run: 57.1mi of 500mi.

Team Kreitz Challenge – Last Man Standing – Still hanging in there. Down to 5 of us!
