ERRRRR MMMAAAA GEEERRRDDD… ONE WEEK!
But in all seriousness, yes, I’m nervous and scared. But I feel like I have controlled the things that I can control and I am ready.
This week is about staying in control of the things I can, letting the stressors that I can’t control roll off of me, not murdering anyone, eating well, hydrating, not getting sick, and thanking those people in my life that have helped me get to this point.
Im also finishing a great book about Athlete Mentality “Brave Athlete Harden the Fuck Up”s and working on a crocheted blanket for my daughter.
So my mantra this week is, “do not freak out, enjoy the journey, and be gracious to those around me”.
