Sunday Wrap-Up

It was a good training week! Making more and more progress and happy to see small changes in almost every workout that I am doing. And trying to keep my eating on point, and am for the vast majority of the time (wine tasting this weekend, soon can’t say it was 100%).

Meals all prepped for the week ahead and I am thrilled that I don’t have to plan my own workouts anymore! Hurray!

And I saw this today and loved it!
