Whatcha Cookin’ Wednesday: Ranch Chicken

This was a yummy one! And Ms. Graci was my mini-cook, and made the dish 100% by herself, i.e. an easy dish to make. Everyone, even the picky older human, loved this dish! **winning**

Ingredients:
8 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz.)
3/4 cup milk
1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix (1 oz.)

  1. Place thawed chicken into skillet. (You can use oil if you’d like, we didn’t.)
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, both sides.

  3. Cook for about 10 minutes. (It won’t be quite cooked, no worries, you will add them back after bit.)img_8006
  4. Take chicken out of skillet and set aside.
  5. In the skillet, add soup, milk, and 1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix and wish.img_3781
  6. Bring mixture up to a boil to let it thicken. img_6660

  8. Reduce heat to low and allow the chicken to finish cooking thoroughly. img_7963
