Grain Free Salmon Patties



2 T minced garlic
2 T djion mustard
2 eggs
sea salt & pepper to taste (I prefer Pink Himalayan Sea Salt)
2 – 6 oz cans of canned salmon
2 T coconut flour
2 T coconut oil


  1. Heat pan on stovetop and melt coconut oil
  2. Combine garlic, mustard, eggs, salt & pepper in a small mixing bowl to combine
  3. Add in salmon and mix together
  4. Add coconut flour for binding
  5. Form the mixture into 4 patties
  6. Cook the patties thoroughly until well browned on each side
  7. Remove the salmon cakes from the pan and serve
