What do ya know Wednesday: Mindful Eating, Coffee & Vitamin C

And this great article that just further supports my need for coffee, Good news for coffee drinkers – caffeine consumption is better.

And finally this article which goes into everything you need to know about taking Vitamin C, everyone in my house take it daily! Will taking vitamin C fend off a cold? It does say that it could help marathon runners or those that excersize excessively fend off a cold! But that you should be already taking it preventives not after you are already getting sick.
