Great strength session on my lunch break, back to back with no rest, keeping my heart rate up!

  • Back squats – 5 sets of 3 reps – Heavy as can maintain form
  • Planks – 45sec between each set
  • Walking lunges – 3 sets of 10 reps – 2 25# plates
  • Deadlifts –Ā 5 sets of 3 reps – Heavy as can maintain form
  • Windshield Wipers – 3 sets of 10 each side – 65#
  • Knee Ups – Body Weight
  • Grasshoppers – Body Weight

And tonight an excellent 3 mile run with The Mermaid, chatting the whole way making the miles fly by, in the dark frigid air!
