Hone in on Nutrition

So my second goal for this Off Season is to hone in on my nutrition and shred off some unwanted fat.

This is possible for me by:

  1. Meal planning and meal prep. Packing my meals to lunch each day.

2. Plan dinners out for the week and shop accordingly.

3. Track all intake into MyFitness Pal.

4. Drink water!!!!!!!!!! Eliminate soda.
