Pretty good week this week, hit three swims, three runs, but only two of the three bike rides. Friday’s seem to be a tougher day for me to get out, I think with the daunting mileage of the weekend I feel more lackadaisical about my Friday ride. I’ve been super sore this weekend. I’ve decided I absolutely must do my foam rolling at night. For some reason, this is the one thing I cannot ever manage to make time for. But it feels like only because it’s just to simple a task with what seems like no benefit… So adios for tonight, I have a date with my foam roller.
