Last week was a mess for me, having survey in the building, all five kids home, my hubby sick, and my (amazing) in-laws in town made for a chaotic week. I did get most of my workouts in and all three of my long workouts!!
This week, everything will be back on track! And I plan to spend a fair amount of time focusing on my nutrition. Already have my meals planned for the week and the groceries bought! Woo hoo. And my workouts scheduled!
