Dear Thursdays, I still hate you…

Thursday’s are still not my day. But I did manage to get both of my workouts in.image

Swimming 800 meters.

Followed by a 4.5 mile run, in a t-shirt!!!! Hurray!!!!

But Thursdays I still am sooo incredibly tired… My body just gets to a point that it’s just exhausted. But my training schedule, is my training scedule, so I let it win.
