What an incredible week.

IM training is serious business! I’m thankful to have these two ladies to train with. They have been so motivating. Knowing they are meeting me, working alongside me and pushing me, is a great, great motivator to hit all my workouts.

Another crazy week ahead of us!!!

Monday: REST DAY (I cannot tell you how much I’m looking forward to this! Ha!!)

Tuesday: AM Swimming (850yds) and PM Running (4.5 miles)

Wednesday: AM Spinning

Thursday: AM Swimming (800yds) and PM Running (4.5 miles)

Friday: AM Spinning

Saturday: 20 mile bike ride & 800 yd swim

Sunday: 10 mile Run

And, about that Super Bowl….
