I did miss my long run this weekend as we were out of town. So I’ll need to makeup some miles this week.

Monday: CrossFit AM, Swimming PM

Tuesday: CrossFit AM, Running PM

Wednesday: CrossFit AM, Swimming PM

Thursday: CrossFit AM, Running Group PM

Friday: CrossFit AM, Biking at Noon

Saturday: Freeze Your Fanny 5k, Running afterward??

Sunday: Running AM
