Tweaking Times for Next Week’s Plan

Two rest days this week… Not as planned. Feeling super sleepy in the morning, messes up my entire day… So re-adjusting times to hopefully help this week… My iron seems like it’s down, so taking my supplements and feeling a bit better too.

Monday: morning CrossFit, swimming in the afternoon

Tuesday: sleep in, bike 30 minutes after girls leave for school, afternoon CrossFit

Wednesday: morning CrossFit, swimming in the afternoon

Thursday:Β sleep in, running group in the afternoon (NO CROSSFIT)

Friday:Β sleep in, bike 30 minutes after girls leave for school, afternoon CrossFit

Saturday:Β morning CrossFit, speed work at the track with the running group

Sunday: long run with running group
