Training, training, training…


This weeks training was great. Unexpected rest day Thursday, but when I’m exhausted, I’m exhausted. 🙂


My new bike trainer came! Yahoo! I’m so excited to start using it this week!!!

Next week’s training plan:

Monday: CrossFit & Swimming

Tuesday: CrossFit & Bike Trainer

Wednesday: CrossFit & Swimming

Thursday: Rubber Chicken Relay 4miles with Ms. Amber

Friday: Fat Ass Black Friday 5 Mile Run!!

Saturday: CrossFit?

Sunday: Running Group (Bridge Loop?)


The following week starts my triathlon training as well as preparing for the many, many half marathons in 2015! And today, I registered for my last race of 2014 and first race of 2015, running a 10k downtown Portland at midnight. 🙂 Totally looking forward to 2015!
