Weekly Recap and Easing in to Triathlon Training

So this week I plan to start easing into Triathlon training, so by December it’s routine. So below is the plan that I’ll start for a few weeks, then tweak it after December rolls around.

Monday: CrossFit & Swimming

Tuesday: CrossFit & Bike Trainer

Wednesday: CrossFit & Swimming

Thursday: CrossFit (Headed to Spokane after work)

Friday: Biking/Running Brick (Not working, in Spokane at the hotel)

Saturday: Turkey Trot 5k

Sunday: Running Group
