Weekly Recap!!


This is week has been a great one as far as my training goes. Five days of CrossFit and four runs. I am loving the new running group to keep my getting out the door and getting miles in, even in shitty weather. Working on my race schedule for 2015! Hurray!

But weirdly this thing I do during the day, this thing called work, really cramps my running time with it being dark when I head to work and dark when I leave… Lame.
