Since I was sick all weekend, I haven’t run or CrossFit since Thursday. Sad day… But thankfully, today I’ve only got a headache, so I should be better tomorrow.
Over the weekend, while lying around in sweatpants, I read the book Grain Brain and bought this great Paleo Cookbook.
After reading all about how glucose has a direct damaging effect on the brain, I was excited to read all the delicious ways to cut grains, processed foods, and sugar from my diet without feeling hungry and deprived of good food.
So….. Lucky you, I’m going to try this Paleo business this week and see how it goes, and blog all about it. Today, I made a meal plan and grocery shopped.
