Fall Fitness Challenge

Myself and several fellow Sweat Pink ambassadors have decided to do a link-up that challenges us each to be active a minimum of ten minutes every day, and also look at different ways to be active.

So here is the breakdown of my week the far and the plan for the rest of it:

Monday: CrossFit and Speedwork on my treadmill

Tuesday: CrossFit

Wednesday: CrossFit

Thursday: Tempo Run

Friday: CrossFit

Saturday: Long Run (first longer run since the marathon)

Sunday: Nice long walk with the Pitty
