This week has wrecked havoc on my training… I ran once. I CrossFitted three times. And I ate like shit all week.
Not having my normal routine (i.e. a sleeping adult in the house, while I sneak out at 5am) and no meal prep or grocery shopping for the week, resulted in a shit-show of a week.
Today, I got the house back in shape, got my meals planned and prepped and grocery shopped.
Will plan to get out running 5 times this week, plus a 5k with Amber this Saturday in Portland.
Now, a Seattle Seahawks loss (already happened) and a 49ers win (currently 17-0) will make my Sunday complete!
