What a week… Long work week, long running week and ending it with a bundle of kiddos and a two night stay out of town with the kids and my in-laws.

Tuesday: CrossFit & 4 mile run on the levee
Wednesday: my body just died, I have to assume since I didn’t take a rest day after the half marathon on Sunday, so an unplanned rest day and 7 miles I didn’t make up
Thursday: CrossFit & 4 mile run on the levee
Saturday: 15 miles on the levee with Mandy
Sunday: Color Run 5k (recap to come tomorrow!)
Total Mileage: 26.1 Miles and 3 CrossFit workout!!!
