Swedish Meatballs

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup Panko
2 large egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt & Pepper

1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, Panko, egg yolks, allspice, nutmeg, salt & pepper. Combine with hands.

3. Form into meatballs.
4. Add meatballs, and cook until all sides are browned. Set on plate.

5. If desired, make gravy and replace meatballs to gravy.

6. Serve and ENJOY!!
