Survey Exits & Normal Life Enters

After a grueling week and a half survey exited our building yesterday, meaning they gave us an exit interview explaining their findings, and left the building. Their findings were very, very minor and their tags few. And considering they had three additional surveyors and a complaint surveyor, I couldn’t have been happier with the results. We have a strong team, we have great staff, and our residents receive wonderful care, and that’s a major deal to me.

Yesterday was a gorgeous 4 mile run.

Followed by a tough CrossFit workout with so many lunges I’m unable to sit myself down without grabbing on to something… But god I love that feeling.

This morning, I met Mandy for our 7 mile run, and although it feels hotter on the other side of the river, it was a nice run.

Going to work today, and it is always fighting fires and stressful, it was nice to be back to our normal level of stress and our normal chaos.
