Weekly recap, shy a few miles…

What a week… Survey in our building. Lots of stressful things going on at work. Long hours that make shorter hours with my baby girls. And an amazing weekend rafting in Riggins. Did manage with all the crazy stress, the shitty eating and the weekend getaway to get most of my planned mileage in plus an additional CrossFit. Need to really focus next week, with increased mileage all the way around and a 5k on Saturday with my BAM girls!

Wednesday: Ran 6 Miles
Thursday: CrossFit & Ran 2 Miles

Total Mileage: 16.3 Miles (Short 4.7 Miles)
