This week was a little crazy between having my girls out of school for the first week of summer, Bill’s boys here, Bills parents here, last week of the girls’ softball and a crazy busy week at work… It’s amazing that my running schedule not only stayed on track, I also incorporated CrossFit into my routine.
Monday: Run 4 miles & Yoga
Tuesday: Run 3 miles
Wednesday: Run 5 miles & CrossFit
Friday: Run 3 miles
Sunday: Long Run 9 miles
This week will be totally strange around here. The girls are spending the week at their dads. So it’ll be just Bill, Kimbo and I.
