This is actually coming at a perfect time for me to write and think about. So after this marathon, do I turn around and run a second marathon two weeks later? Do I change pace and head over to CrossFit for a few months? Do I sit around and eat chips until the dimples on my ass are satisfied? I’ve been running for so long now that what if I did stray for awhile? Do I think running can ever take a back seat? No. Should I venture out of my running shoes? Possibly.
