Welcome Lily Dawn & Next Weeks Training Routine

First time holding my sweet niece, Lily Dawn. 

My sissy, Ashley and her sweet baby girl. 

This weeks routine:
Monday – Wednesday (no girlies til Thursday morning)
5:30-6:00: yoga
6:00-6:30: HIIT workout
6:30-7:40: run!!!! 
Thursday
5:30-6:00: yoga
6:00-6:30: HIIT workout
7:10-8:00: run!!!!
Friday
5:30-6:00: yoga
6:00-6:30: HIIT workout
7:10-8:00: spinning
Saturday
12 mile run

I did manage to get 8 miles in today, on no sleep and trips to and from the hospital. 🙂
